Registration Fees & Payment Information

Note: Early Bird Rate is extended to 30 April 2024!!

Standard Rate will start from 1 May to 30 June 2024.

Congress Registration Fee includes:

Attendance to all sessions for the day(s) the ticket is purchased for.
Refreshments during breaks and lunch as indicated in the programme.

Pre-Congress Full-day Workshop fee includes refreshments during breaks and lunch as indicated in the workshop schedule.

Pre-Congress Half-day Workshop fee includes refreshments break as indicated in the workshop schedule.

Note: Community Care Organisations can select to seek reimbursement from the Community Care Training Grant (CCTG),

subject to CCTG’s prevailing conditions. Refer to Community Care Training Grant (aic.sg).

Registration Deadlines

Deadline for Early Bird Registration: 31 March 2024
Deadline for Standard Registration: 30 June 2024
Onsite Registration: 12th, 13th and 14th July 2024

Payment is required to complete the registration, unless otherwise agreed. A confirmation will be sent to the registrant's registered email. For Group registration, download the Group Registration form here.

I declare that the information provided for registration is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge. Submission of any false information will render my registration void.

Invoicing and Group Registration

Invoicing to Organisation

Participants who require their registration fees to be invoiced to their organisation, please fill up the Group Registration form and email to the Congress Secretariat at [email protected] for registration and invoicing.

Group Registration

Please note that group registrations CANNOT be processed online under one identical email address; each participant needs to have his/her own profile set up with a unique email address.

Cancellations and Refunds

Notice of cancellation must be emailed to the Congress Secretariat at [email protected].
50% of registration fee will be refunded for cancellations made on or before 15th June 2024. This will also apply to offline registrations. No refunds will be made after the stated date.
Cancellations received after 15th June 2024 and ‘No-Show’ will not qualify for refund and the delegate remains liable for the full registration fee.
Delegates are to ensure that they have received an acknowledgement of their cancellation from the Congress Secretariat.
From the date of receipt by the Congress Secretariat of the delegate’s notice of withdrawal or cancellation, the Conference Secretariat will proceed to delete all registration details submitted by the delegate within the next 10 working days.

Replacement Policy

Delegates who are unable to attend the conference may send an alternate from the same institution/organisation for a one-for-one substitution of the same registration category and fees.
There will be no refund of fee paid and substitute delegates will have to pay for the difference in fees, if any.
All substitution requests must be emailed to the Congress Secretariat at: [email protected] not later than 15th June 2024, together with the full name and contact details of the replacement delegate.

Terms & Conditions

Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA)

By registering for the event, you give consent to the Singapore Physiotherapy Association (SPA) to collect and use your personal data for the purposes of contacting you, facilitating the SPA event and following up after the event.
You also consent to having photographs and videos of participants being taken during the event for the purpose of SPA reporting, marketing and publicity purposes in print, electronic and social media.

Liability and Disclaimer

Whilst every attempt will be made to ensure that all aspects of the Congress mentioned herein will take place as scheduled, the Singapore-International Physiotherapy Congress Organisers reserve the prerogative to make final changes should the need arise.

The applicant acknowledges that he/she has no right to lodge complaints against the Singapore-International Physiotherapy Congress Organisers should the holding of the Congress be hindered or prevented by unexpected political or economic events, or by force majeure, non-appearance of speakers or other reasons which necessitate programme changes. With registration, the applicant accepts this Provision.
