REGISTRATION DEADLINES:

• Deadline for Early Bird Registration: 31st March 2026
• Deadline for Standard Registration:  10th July 2026
• Online registration closes:  12th July 2026

Confirmation of Registration:  Within 3 working days after the clearance of your payment, you will receive a confirmation either via email. Please ensure your email address is included correctly in the registration form.

Important Note: 

1. Congress registration is not complete until payment of fee has been received.  Congress organiser reserves the right to refuse entry for those with incomplete registration.
2. Exceptions for those whose registrations are billed to their organisation, where a 30-days credit have been given. 

• Notice of cancellation must be emailed to the Congress Secretariat by 15 June 2026 at sipc.secretariat@physiotherapy.org.sg.
• 50% of registration fee will be refunded for cancellations made on or before 15 June 2026. This will also apply to offline registrations. No refunds will be made after the stated date.
• Cancellations received after 15 June 2026 and ‘No-Show’ will not qualify for refund and the delegate remains liable for the full registration fee.
• Delegates are to ensure that they have received an acknowledgement of their cancellation from the Congress Secretariat.
• From the date of receipt by the Congress Secretariat of the delegate’s notice of withdrawal or cancellation, the Conference Secretariat will proceed to delete all registration details submitted by the delegate within the next 10 working days.

Whilst every attempt will be made to ensure that all aspects of the Congress mentioned herein will take place as scheduled, the Singapore-International Physiotherapy Congress Organisers reserve the prerogative to make final changes should the need arise. The applicant acknowledges that he/she has no right to lodge complaints against the Singapore-International Physiotherapy Congress Organisers should the holding of the Congress be hindered or prevented by unexpected political or economic events, or by force majeure, non-appearance of speakers or other reasons which necessitate programme changes. With registration, the applicant accepts this Provision.

By registering for the Congress, we have collected personal information from you that will be retained by us.  This information is being collected by us for the purpose of processing your registration for this Congress and keeping you informed about other upcoming events.

Photographs and/or video and audio recordings may be made during the session. By attending the Congress, you consent to:

(a) being interviewed and/or photographed;

(b) audio recordings and/or video recordings being made of you;

(c) the release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of the above-mentioned interviews, photographs, audio recordings and/or video recordings for use in any news articles or programmes, webcasts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on web sites, or for any other purpose(s) related to Singapore Physiotherapy Association or its representatives deem fit.
